Loan Processor Assistant – $20-28/HR DOE
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Loan Processor Assistant to support a local loan processing time with administrative and clerical tasks. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth, efficient, and timely loan file preparation, document management, and client communication throughout the loan process. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational skills and a commitment to accuracy and confidentiality.
This is a temporary opportunity in the Moscow area!
Loan Processor Assistant highlights:
· Assist loan processors with collecting and reviewing loan documentation from clients.
· Communicate with borrowers, lenders, and 3rd parties to obtain missing or updated information.
· Organize and maintain loan files, ensuring all required documents are completed and compliant with lending guidelines.
· Input and update loan information in processing software and tracking systems.
· Perform pre-underwriting checks and prepare loan files for final review and approval.
· Provide exceptional customer service to clients and internal team members.
What we look for in Loan Processor Assistant:
- Previous experience in loan processing, banking, mortgage, or financial services preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and loan processing software.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
