Repair Technician – $16/HR
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a skilled Repair Technician to join a dynamic team. The Automotive Technician will diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair equipment to ensure optimal functionality and customer satisfaction.
This is an evaluation hire opportunity in the LCV area!
Repair Technician highlights:
· Troubleshoot and repair RV appliances, interior finishes, and awning arms to ensure top-quality performance.
· Perform routine maintenance and preventative care on various systems and components.
· Conduct customer walkthroughs after purchase, demonstrating equipment functionality and proper operation.
· Utilize diagnostic tools and technical manuals to identify and resolve mechanical and electrical issues.
· Operate forklift to move campers and unload freight from trucks safely and efficiently.
· Maintain detailed records of repairs, parts used, and service history.
What we look for in Repair Technician:
- Experience in RV repair, equipment maintenance, or a related field (certifications preferred).
- Ability to diagnose and repair appliances, finishes, and mechanical components.
- Forklift operation experience or willingness to obtain certification.
- Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for customer walkthroughs and team collaboration.
