Andrae is our dynamic Branch Manager, bringing a wealth of experience from his extensive retail and restaurant management career. His passion for helping people inspired him to transition into the staffing industry, aiming to make a lasting impact. Raised in Mississippi, Andrae embodies the warmth and charm of a true Southern soul. He proudly shares his life with his wonderful wife, Latanya, and their vibrant family of seven, including their five children. An avid football fan, Andrae loves nothing more than cheering on his favorite teams with his kids. He is also dedicated to giving back to the community, actively volunteering with the Heartland HeadStart Association’s Policy Council each month. With a blend of high energy and professionalism, Andrae is known for his personable approach and infectious enthusiasm. Whether he’s planning family trips or exploring fun activities in town, he believes in making every moment count.

Victoria Patrick

Business Relationship Manager

Victoria (Vicki) joins our team with over 20 years of experience in sales and customer service, bringing a wealth of knowledge and a strong expertise in relationship building. Originally from Springfield, Vicki and her husband have called the Bloomington/Normal area home for more than 15 years. They are proud parents to a busy son who keeps them on their toes with his participation in three different sports throughout the year. When they're not supporting him, they love to root for their favorite teams: the St. Louis Cardinals, Notre Dame Fighting Irish, and Chicago Bears. With her passion for connecting with others and her commitment to excellence, Vicki is excited to contribute to our team's success and build lasting relationships with our clients!

Wayne joined the Bloomington Express team in November 2024, bringing with him an impressive 27 years of experience in the transportation industry, along with 12 years of expertise in human resources. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Wayne relocated to Illinois in 2008, where he has continued to grow his career and make meaningful contributions to the HR field! He is a supportive family man who is happily married to his wife, Carrie. Outside of work, Wayne is an avid golf enthusiast who never turns down a chance to hit the links!

Madeline Underwood

Employment Specialist

Madeline Underwood, originally from Chicago and a resident of Indiana since 1996, has a background in customer service and healthcare. She developed a strong passion for the healthcare industry early on but chose to prioritize motherhood, raising six children. At 31, she became an entrepreneur, opening her first restaurant, and later expanded her skills by earning an MBA in Healthcare Management and an MSM. She owned and operated multiple businesses before stepping away to care for her ailing grandmother.

After relocating to Bloomington, Illinois, she focused on roles that allowed her to support the older generation. Recently transitioning out of healthcare, Madeline looks forward to contributing to Bloomington #1149, strengthening her leadership skills, and supporting her team.

Brittany joined the Express team in August 2018 and has since specialized in recruiting candidates for a diverse range of companies in the McLean County area. With a passion for connecting clients with the right talent, she thrives on helping individuals find their ideal job homes. An Illinois State University alumna, Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice sciences and has a strong background in the legal field. Her expertise and dedication to fostering meaningful connections make her an invaluable asset to our team and the community.

Front Office Coordinator

Kelly became a valued member of the Express Team in March 2016, bringing with her 17 years of experience in retail management. In her role, she manages payroll, invoices, new hire paperwork, and associate appreciation initiatives. A proud graduate of Illinois State University, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice sciences. When she’s not at work, she loves spending quality time with her family and pets, playing bingo, and cheering on her favorite football team— the Bears. Kelly’s dedication and vibrant spirit make her an essential part of our team!
