Edd Flowers

Branch Manager

Edd took on the role of Branch Manger in 2025. He has more than 20 years in leadership roles and thrives getting to know people and connecting them to a role where they can succeed. Before coming to Express, the Central Illinois native spent the last few years working as a director of sales for a furniture company, but wanted to challenge himself in a different environment. Coming to Express wasn't a hard choice for Edd due to having previous experience with the company. Outside of work you can find him practicing his grilling skills.

Wayne Heid

Employment Specialist

Wayne joined the Bloomington Express team in November 2024, bringing with him an impressive 27 years of experience in the transportation industry, along with 12 years of expertise in human resources. Born and raised in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, Wayne relocated to Illinois in 2008, where he has continued to grow his career and make meaningful contributions to the HR field! He is a supportive family man who is happily married to his wife, Carrie. Outside of work, Wayne is an avid golf enthusiast who never turns down a chance to hit the links!

Donneyale Campbell

Employment Specialist

Donneyale joined the Express family in the summer of 2025. The career change to Express better aligns with Donneyale's passion of personal and professional development of people. She loves being able to connect with different people and businesses while helping them achieve their goals. Currently, she is attending Colorado Technical University pursuing a Psychology degree with a concentration in Organization Behavior. Outside of work and study she enjoys traveling and spending time with family. She's also a diehard Golden State Warrior's fan, or at least a Steph Curry fan.

Brittany Patterson

Recruiting Specialist

Brittany joined the Express team in August 2018 and has since specialized in recruiting candidates for a diverse range of companies in the McLean County area. With a passion for connecting clients with the right talent, she thrives on helping individuals find their ideal job homes. An Illinois State University alumna, Brittany earned her bachelor’s degree in criminal justice sciences and has a strong background in the legal field. Her expertise and dedication to fostering meaningful connections make her an invaluable asset to our team and the community.

Kelly Poulos

Front Office Coordinator

Kelly became a valued member of the Express Team in March 2016, bringing with her 17 years of experience in retail management. In her role, she manages payroll, invoices, new hire paperwork, and associate appreciation initiatives. A proud graduate of Illinois State University, Kelly holds a bachelor’s degree in criminal justice sciences. When she’s not at work, she loves spending quality time with her family and pets, playing bingo, and cheering on her favorite football team— the Bears. Kelly’s dedication and vibrant spirit make her an essential part of our team!
