Sales Representative
Cicero, IL
Pay: $45,000 base salary + Commission
Express Employment Professionals is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven B2B Sales Representative for a Co Packer in the Cicero area that supplies products for some fast casual power house food establishments. The ideal candidate will focus on building and maintaining relationships with business clients, identifying their needs, and providing tailored solutions to drive revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills to achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s success. This position will also provide training for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:

Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
- Identify and target prospective business clients through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their business needs and providing value-driven solutions.

Sales Planning & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and consultations to showcase value propositions.
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to close deals that benefit both the client and the company.

Account Management:
- Maintain regular communication with existing clients to ensure satisfaction, upsell opportunities, and repeat business.
- Monitor client accounts, troubleshoot issues, and address concerns promptly.

Market Research & Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market conditions to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the marketing and product development teams based on customer insights.

Reporting & Documentation:
- Track sales activity using CRM software, including client interactions, pipeline management, and revenue forecasting.
- Prepare and present weekly and monthly performance reports to sales leadership.
Qualifications:

Experience:
- Proven track record in B2B sales or related fields
- Experience working in a co-packer enviornment is a plus.

Skills & Abilities:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust quickly.
- Exceptional negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not required).
