CNC Laser Machine OP
1st Shift, 7:00am to 3:30pm
$20.00-25.00/hr+

A sheet metal fabrication company in Broadview, IL is seeking an experienced CNC Laser Machinist to operate a Mitsubishi CNC Laser. This is a long-term opportunity for a skilled operator who takes pride in precision work and is looking to grow with a reputable company.
Responsibilities:
- Set up, operate, and maintain a Mitsubishi CNC Laser to produce high-quality sheet metal parts.
- Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate production.
- Perform basic maintenance and troubleshooting on laser equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Monitor machine performance and make necessary adjustments for quality control.
- Assist with general shop duties when laser department workload is low.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with company safety standards.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of Experience operating CNC Laser Machines (Mitsubishi experience preferred).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce precise, high-quality work.
- Dependable, reliable, and adaptable to changing job priorities.
- Ability to work independently while also being a team player in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics to complete projects accurately and efficiently.
