Job Full Description
Job Title: Quality Inspector
Day shift | $18/ hr | 6:30 am to 3:00 pm
Location: Addison
Key Responsibilities
- Inspection tasks are limited to simple visual dimensional and electrical tests.
- Visual test consists of examining parts and components for scratches, damage, and completeness, as well as proper identification.
- Dimensional measurement consists of simple continuity (ohmmeter), insulation resistance and high pot tests.
- Additional support duties consist of material preparation, simple paperwork, and filing.
- Able to comprehend work orders and follow procedures.
- Prepares various forms and reports of tests and results.
- Keep the work area in a clean and orderly condition.
Required Skills
- Must be able to label parts and keep in lot numbers.
- Ability to measure lengths and diameters using ruler, tapes, and micrometers.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents and drawings.
- Ability to follow oral and written directions.
Required Experience
- 2-5 plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry preferred.
- High School Graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- Pass Math Test
