Salary: $45,000 - $60,000 per year

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Site Manager to oversee leasing, marketing, and community management efforts at a vibrant residential property. This role combines leasing, resident relations, and property upkeep, ensuring a high-quality living environment for residents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Leasing & Marketing:

  • Conduct property showings and manage leads.
  • Assist with applications and ensure listings are up-to-date.
  • Maintain high-quality photos and descriptions for vacancies.
  • Track and report key performance metrics (e.g., unit availability, pricing).

• Resident & Owner Relations:

  • Oversee lease renewals and maintain positive resident relationships.
  • Handle customer service inquiries and resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with HOA rules and regulations.
  • Assist with work orders, rent payments, and community notices.

• Community Management:

  • Plan and coordinate community events.
  • Conduct regular property inspections and address maintenance concerns.
  • Collaborate with the facilities team to maintain property appearance and readiness.

• HOA Management:

  • Report and collect HOA dues.
  • Monitor and report HOA violations.

Skills & Requirements:

• 3+ years of leasing or property management experience.
• High School Diploma required; Leasing or CAM license preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Proficient in computer software.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle.

Schedule:

• Monday to Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm (with potential overtime during peak seasons).
