Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing industrial equipment, systems, and facilities. You will be expected to have a strong background in HVAC, electronics, PLCs, and CNC machinery, in addition to general maintenance tasks. This position requires the ability to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair equipment to minimize downtime and ensure operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on a wide range of industrial equipment, including HVAC systems, PLCs, CNC machines, and other specialized machinery
- Diagnose and repair electrical, electronic, mechanical, and pneumatic systems
- Install, repair, and maintain industrial systems and components, including motors, conveyors, hydraulic systems, and production machinery
- Perform routine inspections to identify and prevent equipment malfunctions
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with control systems, including PLC programming and modifications
- Maintain facility systems, such as lighting, plumbing, and general building maintenance
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical diagrams, and equipment manuals to effectively repair and maintain machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in industrial maintenance, with expertise in HVAC systems, electronics, PLC programming, and CNC machinery maintenance and repair
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including the ability to read schematics and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Familiarity with mechanical systems, including hydraulics, pneumatics, and conveyors
- Experience with control systems and automation, including PLCs (Programmable Logic Controllers)
- Ability to operate and repair CNC machines and related industrial equipment
- General maintenance skills, including plumbing, carpentry, and facility maintenance
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in confined spaces, and climb ladders as necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
- Certification in HVAC, electronics, or other related fields
- Experience with programmable logic controls (PLCs), CNC systems, or automation technology
- Familiarity with OSHA regulations and safety standards
