Job Overview:
We are hiring Industrial Maintenance Technicians with experience in either industrial maintenance or fabrication/welding. If you have a background in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining industrial equipment—or if you have strong welding and fabrication skills—we encourage you to apply!
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment.
- Troubleshoot and repair conveyors, motors, pumps, and production equipment.
- Fabricate and weld components as needed for equipment repair or modification.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Ensure all work meets safety and operational standards.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in industrial maintenance or fabrication/welding is required.
- Ability to work independently and troubleshoot mechanical/electrical issues.
- Proficiency in welding (MIG, TIG, or Stick) is a plus.
- Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, or PLCs is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
