Job Full Description
We are seeking a CDL-A Driver with a Hazmat Endorsement to safely transport agricultural chemicals, fertilizers, and other essential products to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Safely transport bulk and packaged agricultural products, including chemicals and fertilizers.
- Load and unload products using proper handling procedures.
- Follow all DOT regulations and company safety policies.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and paperwork.
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections on trucks and equipment.
- Assist with warehouse operations when needed.
- Provide excellent customer service and maintain professional communication with customers and team members.
Requirements:
- Valid CDL-A license with Hazmat endorsement (Tanker endorsement preferred).
- Clean driving record with no major violations.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and handle agricultural products safely.
- Strong understanding of DOT regulations and compliance.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including seasonal overtime.
- Experience driving tankers, flatbeds, or bulk delivery trucks is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previous experience hauling agricultural products.
- Familiarity with farm operations and crop production.
- Mechanical knowledge to perform minor truck maintenance.
