Job Full Description
We’re hiring a Powder Coater to join a fast-paced production team. If you’ve got an eye for detail, know your way around a spray gun, and take pride in producing clean, durable finishes — this could be the role for you.
What You’ll Be Doing:

Prepping metal parts (cleaning, sanding, masking)

Applying powder coating using a spray gun in a booth environment

Operating ovens to cure coated parts

Inspecting finished products for quality and consistency

Maintaining a clean, safe work area and following safety protocols
What We’re Looking For:

Previous powder coating or industrial painting experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and steady hand

Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in a physical, fast-moving environment

Dependable and punctual

Willingness to learn and follow process standards
