Bob Ryan

Owner

Bob Ryan is the owner of the Chicago Northwest Express office. He has been involved in staffing on the Northwest side since 1989. He joined Express as an outside salesperson in the early 90’s and in 1997 became a partner in the Chicago office. In 2003 Bob became the sole owner of the Chicago office. This year marks 20 years as Owner and his goal remains to provide good jobs for good people at good companies in Chicagoland. Through the years Bob has been active in the Niles Chamber of Commerce and the St. John Brebeuf community. He enjoys working around the house and watching Da Bears. His daughter is his pride and joy, and his world revolves around her.

Sheila Ryan

General Manager

Sheila Ryan joined the Chicago Northwest Express office in 2005 as General Manager. Sheila’s career has always been focused on service, marketing, and project management. Her background allows her to understand that human resources must positively impact the bottom line of any company. Her goal is to positively impact every business that she assists and to help people with their careers. Her goal for the Chicago Express office is to be known as one of the best recruiting and employment agencies in Chicago. Sheila enjoys watching movies and TV and spending social time with her friends. She is a bit of a foodie and enjoys eating out at new places. The joy of her life is her daughter and their favorite thing to do together is get mani/pedis and travel.

Kevin Haygood

Regional Relationship Director

Kevin joined our Express team in May of 2011 as a Sales Developer. He says he loves working at Express because he gets to match great people with great companies. Kevin’s favorite thing to do is to be a Father. He loves football, working out, and rugby, and his favorite foods are Mexican and Italian. Kevin’s favorite slogan to motivate the team in the office is, “LET’S GOOO!!”

Ciara Delgado

Employment Specialist

Ciara joined our Express team in June 2023 working as an Employment Specialist/recruiter. She loves spending time with her son and exploring new things! Ciara came to Express with more than 6 years in Admin experience. She looks forward to growing within the company and gaining more experience as a recruiter. She says nothing feels more rewarding than being able to help others!

Angel Shockley

Employment Specialist

Angel joined our Express team in June 2024 as an Employment Specialist/Recruiter. Angel graduated college in December 2023 with a bachelor's degree in business administration. Her favorite season is summer & she enjoys going to the beach in her free time. She is looking forward to growing, learning, & being successful with Express!

Jamie Story

Marketing Specialist

Jamie started working at Express in June 2023 as our team’s Marketing Specialist. She keeps our office on track when it comes to staying active and present on social media. In her free time Jamie enjoys spending time with family and friends, painting, and playing with her dog. She is excited to see how she will grow with the company!
