Our client in Crystal Lake, IL, is seeking an experienced Production Line Supervisor to join their team. This role is ideal for individuals with strong project management skills and a background in manufacturing planning. As a Production Line Supervisor, you will coordinate the operations of a fabricated plastic water tank product line, working closely with sales, customers, project managers, engineers, fabricators, and shipping to ensure timely production and shipment of products.

In this position, you will:
- Ensure orders are in place and the production log is up to date
- Set priorities and production plans based on customer forecasts
- Establish production priorities for CNC and fabrication
- Ensure shipping knows what will be shipping ahead of time
- Supervisor 14 team members
- Assist in warranty issues
- Improve productivity
Requirements:
- Project management skills; organizational, planning, and efficiently reacting to changes and questions
- 5+ years experience in manufacturing planning and Supervising experience
- Self-motivated, quick, must get the job done
- Proactive verbal and written communication skills
- Microsoft Office fluent
- Must be able to read drawings and interpret
