Job Full Description
Our client located in Cary, IL is looking for Machine Operators/General Packer to add to their 2nd shift team! This is a 6 month assignment which has the potential to turn into a permanent position. If you do your job well and work hard our client will most likely hire you on.
Pay: $18/hr
Hours: M-F | 2:00pm - 10:30pm
Machine Operator Responsibilities:
- Tend paint mixing machine that mix paint, lacquer and stain
- Compute amounts and weights of paint, lacquer, solvent or thinner from standard formula
- Measure viscosity
- Maintain record of paint and inventory of supplies on hand
Machine Operator Qualifications:
- 1-3 months manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or GED
- Attention to detail
- Basic math skills
- Forklift experience a plus!
- Ability to lift up to 80 lbs (occasionally)
