Job Full Description
Our franchise located in Crystal Lake, IL is looking for an Employment Specialist to join our team! In this position, you will be responsible for matching peoples’ skillsets with the right positions, meeting the needs of the client, and networking within the community in a sales capacity.
Base pay starts at $37,440 plus commission and increases after training is completed.
Employment Specialist Responsibilities:
- Connect job seekers with available jobs
- Supervise small teams o employees
- Qualify applications
- Interview new applicants
Employment Specialist Requirements:
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment
- Positive, friendly, and upbeat attitude
- Customer service or sales experience
- Bilingual - Spanish (a plus!)
- Understanding of common business practices and procedures
