Job Full Description

Heat Crane Operators:

• Move and position 20,000-pound ladles with 40,000 pounds of liquid metal contained inside
• Precisely aligns ladles directly over the mold
• Operates crane while pouring molten metal from ladles suspended from the crane
• Assists in the pouring and moving of sand molds and completed castings as needed

Ideal Heat Crane Operators have:

• Strong safety focus, awareness, and drive
• Experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to learn hand signals and have good vision and depth perception
