Shannon Risken began her journey with Express in 2014 as an Office Services recruiter in Champaign, IL. She quickly demonstrated her leadership abilities, earning a promotion after just one year. In 2018, her passion for growth and development led to an exciting opportunity to partner with Lynn and Richard Yoerk in opening her own office in Danville. Under her guidance, the Danville office rose from bronze status in 2018 to Silver that same year, and ultimately to Gold in 2019, a testament to her commitment to success. In her spare time, Shannon loves traveling and spending time with her family and friends, continuing to embrace the importance of balance and connection.
Kylee Turner became Managing Partner in January 2024, after initially joining Express as an Employment Specialist in June 2020. In her earlier role, she excelled in recruiting for full-time and part-time positions, interviewing candidates, and fostering strong relationships with associates and clients. Now, as Managing Partner, Kylee’s mission is to connect with fellow business owners in Danville and serve as a valuable resource to neighboring businesses. In her free time, she enjoys golfing with her daughter and husband.
