Decatur, IL – tools and vehicle provided
Qualifications for Maintenance Technician
- Previous experience with building and property maintenance
- Valid driver’s license
- Basic electrical and plumbing experience
- Dry wall and painting experience is a plus
Responsibilities for Maintenance Technician
- Maintain building exterior and interior
- Painting
- Basic plumping and electrical repairs
- Changing light bulbs
- Lawn maintenance
- Snow removal
- Moving and hooking up appliances
