Accounting Clerk| 8:00AM – 4:30PM | Mon-Fri | $18.00/hr - $19.00/hr
Taylorville, IL
An authorized distributor of recreational vehicles has an immediate need for an Accounting Clerk.
Qualifications for Accounting Clerk
- Past inventory or accounting experience preferred
- Data entry and typing skills are very important and will be evaluated based on both speed and accuracy
- Proficiency in the basics of Microsoft Office Word and Excel will be needed
- Effective communication skills
- Organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work with people at all levels of the organization
Responsibilities for Accounting Clerk
- Assisting the controller with accounts payable
- Tracking inventory
- Month end closing reports
- Balancing cash
- Data entry
- Other administrative activities
