We are seeking a skilled Header Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating and maintaining header machinery, ensuring efficient production processes, and upholding our quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor header machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Set up machines according to specifications and production requirements.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
- Record production data and report any issues to management.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical training is a plus.
- Previous experience as a Header Operator required.
