Job Full Description
We are seeking an experienced Fulfillment Manager to oversee the efficient storage and distribution of goods. The ideal candidate will manage the entire order fulfillment process, including receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping, while collaborating with other departments to ensure customer orders are delivered on time and accurately.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the order fulfillment process from start to finish.
- Manage receiving, inventory, picking, packing, and shipping.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure accurate and timely deliveries.
- Maintain a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
- Ensure adherence to operational standards and procedures.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency with computer systems.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven success in supervising, training, coaching, and motivating teams.
- More than 3 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment.
- 5+ years of overall experience in the field.
