Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform tasks such as drilling, milling, turning, and cutting.
• Load raw materials into machines and secure them properly for machining operations.
• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and work orders to determine specifications and machining requirements.
• Select and install appropriate cutting tools and fixtures based on specific job requirements.
• Monitor machine operations to ensure products meet quality standards and adhere to specifications.
• Make adjustments to machine settings as needed to maintain product quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks on CNC machines, such as cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn or damaged parts.
• Inspect finished parts for defects and ensure they meet dimensional tolerances.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe and efficient working environment.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to improve production processes and efficiency.

Requirements:

• Strong attention to detail and mechanical aptitude.
• Basic understanding of machining principles and techniques.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Familiarity with CNC machines and operations
• Familiarity with CNC machines and their operation is a plus but not required; training will be provided.
