We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Field Technician to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for performing calibrations, troubleshooting, and providing excellent customer service in the field. Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibrations and routine preventive maintenance services to ensure customer equipment is operating at optimal levels.
- Diagnose and resolve issues with customer equipment efficiently, performing necessary repairs in the field.
- Address customer complaints and inquiries professionally, ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining long-term relationships.
- Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and guidelines while following ISO quality standards and regulations.
- Maintain a clean driving record and ensure safe operation of company vehicles.
- Occasional travel may be required, with overtime depending on workload and project deadlines.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous experience in the scale industry or electronic troubleshooting using test equipment and multimeters is preferred.
- Basic computer proficiency (Word, Excel).
- Familiarity with programming and using a laptop in the field is preferred.
- A technical degree from a 2–3-year technical school and 1-2 years of related experience is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license with a clean driving record is required.
