Job Full Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Shipping & Receiving Material Handler to manage the receipt and internal delivery of materials. This role requires strong accuracy in processing shipments and receipts into our ERP system, specifically Navision. If you have forklift experience, great computer skills, and an eye for detail, this is the job for you!

Schedule: 8:00AM -4:30PM 

Responsibilities:

• Manage the receipt of materials and ensure accurate delivery within the warehouse.
• Process all shipments and receipts into the ERP system (Navision) with a high level of accuracy.
• Communicate with Accounts Payable and Purchasing departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure smooth operations.
• Operate sit-down or narrow aisle forklifts to move materials within the warehouse.
• Perform regular inventory checks and ensure all materials are properly tracked in the system.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure efficient workflow.

Requirements:

• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Navision.
• Forklift experience, specifically sit-down or narrow aisle, is a plus.
• Strong computer skills for updating inventory and managing data.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good communication skills, especially in coordinating with other departments.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and team-oriented environment.
