Job Full Description
We are looking for a skilled Press Brake Operator to join our team on the 2nd Shift. This position will involve setting up and operating CNC press brakes, performing machine maintenance, and ensuring precision in fabrication. Responsibilities:

Set up and operate CNC press brakes for established work.

Use measuring instruments (tape measure, micrometer) to ensure precision in fabrication.

Read and interpret shop fabrication drawings.

Perform machine maintenance, including wiping down the machine, calibrating gauges, and inspecting for leaks or wear.

Lift materials up to 50 lbs and operate pallet jacks as needed.

Train on 1st shift for a couple of months before transitioning to 2nd shift.
Requirements:

1-3 years of experience as a Press Brake Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.

Strong mathematical skills, including the ability to apply fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions.

Ability to lift 50 lbs when required and perform physical tasks such as standing, walking, and reaching.

Ability to read shop drawings and work with basic measuring tools.

Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.

Ability to perform basic machine maintenance and visual inspections.
