Marc & Diana Voegele, residents of Holiday Shores, opened their first Express Employment Professionals office on July 17th, 2006, with the intent of finding good people good jobs with good companies. Marc brought with him 26 years of experience as Tubular Steel’s Midwest Regional Sales Manager, and Diana doubled his energy, determination, and drive as they started their new business venture. Following 8 years of success in Madison County, they opened their second office in Fairview Heights to service St. Clair County, in 2014.

“Starting a new business during the recession was our greatest challenge. We overcame that challenge by consistently gaining more knowledge and widening our understanding of our clients & employees, and how to best match the right ones together. One of our biggest accomplishments was achieving Circle of Excellence recognition by Express Headquarters. We’ve held that recognition for several years now.”
~Marc Voegele

“We define success as having a reliable referral network where clients & employees feel comfortable referring friends & family to us for their staffing & employment needs. Our consistency and continued understanding of clients & employees is what sets our offices apart from the rest. People are our lifeblood, so matching the right jobs with the right people is our focus.”
~Diana Voegele

Over the years, Marc & Diana have received Business of the Month recognition from the EdGlen Chamber of Commerce & Village of Glen Carbon and achieved Circle of Excellence standing from Express Headquarters. Their offices have also been named as training offices by Express Headquarters for new franchisees nationally.

Currently, Marc & Diana are members of eight Chambers of Commerce. Diana is an Executive Board member of the Metro-east Chamber of Commerce. Marc is a member of the CEO Program in Granite City & Alton and an Executive Board member of the Edwardsville Rotary.
