Hiring experienced and motivated Machine Operators to join our clients production team. This role is critical in ensuring that machinery operates efficiently, safely, and produces high-quality output. If you have technical aptitude and a passion for precision, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
Operate, monitor, and maintain machines to ensure efficient production.
Set up machines according to specifications and production needs.
Inspect products to ensure quality standards are met and make adjustments as necessary.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting to minimize downtime.
Follow safety protocols and company guidelines at all times.
Maintain accurate records of production runs and machine performance.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to optimize operations.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Machine Operator or in a similar manufacturing role.
Familiarity with hand tools
Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail.
Ability to lift up to [Weight, e.g., 50 lbs] and stand for extended periods.
Measurement skills.
Flexibility to work overtime if needed
