Skilled Landscape Labor – Family-Owned Landscaping Company (New Lenox, IL)

We are hiring Skilled Landscape Laborers, Crew Chiefs, CDL Drivers, and Landscape Designers to join our team in New Lenox, IL. Pay & Positions:
- Pay - $23.00 - $35.00 Based on Experience – Various positions
Job Responsibilities:
- Operate heavy equipment, including tractors, backhoes, bobcats, skid steers, concrete saws, and jackhammers
- Occasionally drive dual-axle dump truck (CDL required, no air brakes)
- Work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Perform physically demanding tasks including lifting, digging, and moving materials
- Maintain a professional and presentable appearance on job sites
- Landscape Designer – Work with the owner and clients to design planning, site analysis, plant and hardscape selection and project management.
Schedule & Hours:
- 50-60 hours per week
- Monday – Friday
- 3 days: 10-12 hour shifts
- 2 days: 12-14 hour shifts
- Start time: 7:00 AM
- Weekly overtime available
Requirements:
- Valid driver’s license & clean MVR (Motor Vehicle Record)
- Ability to pass a 5-panel drug test (No THC)
- Clean background check
- Prior experience operating landscaping/heavy equipment is a plus
- CDL is preferred for those driving dump trucks
