Purchasing Admin Assistant
Purchasing Admin needed for our manufacturing client in the Grayslake area! A long-term opportunity with a well-established, growing company (in business for over 100 years)!
Highlights of Purchasing Admin:
- Temp to Hire
- Onsite in Grayslake, IL
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm (can be flexible on hours)
- $20/hr

Responsibilities of Purchasing Admin:
- Responsible for vendor management in the Epicor system
- Work with team to ensure all deliveries satisfy the assigned orders
- Purchase order review to ensure accuracy with the Buyer
- Management of supplier delivery schedules
- Resolution of discrepancies with shipments and invoices
- Provide spreadsheet analysis for incoming inventory planning to maintain inventory levels
- Follow-up with suppliers to ensure timely shipment and receipt of orders
- Handle and reconcile receiving and invoicing issues
- Other duties as assigned
Ideal Candidate:
- Prior purchasing or administrative experience ideal
- Attention to detail, organized, self-motivated, and sense of urgency skills needed
- Experience with Epicor a plus
- Knowledge of MS Office
