Customer Service Representative

Customer Service Representative is needed for a growing company in the construction industry. Founded over 100 years ago and is a worldwide leader within the Construction Industry. Over 13 locations nationwide and growing!

Highlights:

Temp to Hire
Schedule: 8:00am-5:00pm, Monday-Friday
Pay: $18-20/hour

Your role within the company:

Process customer orders, quotes, credit memos
Manage and prioritize large volume of incoming calls and emails from customers
Tracking freight
Set up new customer accounts
Data entry and entering POs accurately
Documentation of all customer communication into the database

Background Profile:

2+ years of previous Customer Service experience within distribution, sales, manufacturing; B2B experience preferred.
Proficient in MS Outlook, Word, and some Excel. Previous CRM experience ideal
Experience from the construction / manufacturing industry is strongly preferred.
