Ellie Dolan

Senior Employment Specialist - Skilled Trades

Ellie started working for Express in February of 2014. She received her Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from St. Louis University in 2013, and worked as a waitress until she joined the Express team. She worked as a Front Office Coordinator for about a year, and was then promoted to the role of Employment Specialist with a focus on Industrial positions. Now, as Senior Employment Specialist, she focuses on high level industrial and skilled trades positions. In her spare time, Ellie enjoys knitting, spending time with friends and family, and hanging out with her pet cat, Cat!

Hannah Torres

Senior Employment Specialist - Office Services

Hannah began working for Express in June of 2021 as an Employment Specialist for a blended desk of Office Services and Light Industrial. She was recently promoted to the Senior Employment Specialist to oversee the Office Services staffing Division in Libertyville. She earned her Bachelor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from Judson University in 2020. Before Express, Hannah worked as a Program Manager for Before and After School Programs within Lake County school districts. In her spare time, Hannah loves spending time with her husband and family, traveling, sunny days and warm weather, and trying new coffee shops (recommendations appreciated!).

Maia Colby

Employment Specialist - Office Services

Maia joined the Libertyville team in March of 2024 as an Employment Specialist for Office Services. She earned her Bachelor's of Science in Business from DePaul University in 2023. Before Express, she worked in administrative and human resources support roles, while assisting in staffing. In her spare time, she likes to go to the lake when the weather is nice, paint, ski and travel with her family and friends.

Scott Wagner

Business Development Representative

Scott joined the Libertyville team in February of 2024. He graduated from The University of South Carolina with a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing and a minor in Psychology. He has worked in staffing previously and is focused on IT and Business positions. He enjoys traveling, exploring outdoors, golfing, and being with friends and family. Scott has a Labrador Retriever, who he spends plenty of time with, whether swimming, walking, or playing frisbee.

Karen Cazares

Front Office Coordinator

Karen started with Express in January of 2023 as our Front Office Coordinator, with a passion to be part of a growing team and to help others on their journey. Karen earned her Associates Degree from Wilbur Wright College. Prior to Express Karen has 10 years of administrative experience,  including 7 years of experience in logistics and warehouse management. Her favorite thing about Express is the commitment to our Associates’ success! In her free time she loves to spend time with her fiancé and daughter Amelia. Fun fact about Karen is that she has an obsession with all things Harry Potter.
