Job Full Description

• 1. Understand and strictly follow the company’s inventory management policies, operational procedures, and standards for product storage and handling.
  2. Quickly adapt to the work environment and become proficient in internal management systems or tools (e.g., inventory management systems or ERP software).
  3. Be accountable for the accuracy of inventory data and the completeness of records.
  4. Pay close attention to detail during receiving, shipping, and stock checks to prevent errors.
  5. Perform daily tasks independently with minimal supervision.
  6. Proactively identify inventory-related issues and take appropriate measures to resolve them, such as addressing stock shortages or damaged goods.
  7. Respond effectively to unexpected situations, such as shipment delays, stock discrepancies, or order errors, by finding practical solutions.
  8. Analyze inventory data and optimize workflows to improve efficiency, such as reducing excess stock or improving product categorization.Ability to lift and carry items weighing up to 50 lbs. (approximately 23 kg).
  9. Familiarity with safety procedures in a warehouse environment and the use of warehouse equipment
  10. Bilingual in English, Spanish, Polish, Chinese preferred
