Job Full Description
Currently looking for a Customer Service Manager to join our team. Managing a small customer service team (currently 3 people) that functions kind of like a mini call center, but handling inquiries mostly via e-mail and chat instead of by phone. Looking for someone who can lead the team, optimize workflows, and drive productivity while ensuring an excellent customer experience. We expect to add a couple more reps to the team as the year progresses.
The ideal candidate will have
- 5+ years management experience
- experience developing and/or implementing new policies & procedures
- experience working for a product based company
- experience managing remote employees
- high familiarity with social media apps (facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, etc.)
- ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
- tech savvy
- college degree preferred
Lots of the customer service inquiries the team receives are specific to curly hair care maintenance. For this role, highly prefer someone who already understands the nuances of curly/wavy/coily hair, and is excited about the beauty/hair care industry
