Growing Company in Coles County, IL is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join their team! This person will be responsible for answering phones, assisting customers with their online orders, entering data into their system, documenting vital information, and any other duties as necessary. The successful candidate must have a friendly disposition, ability to operate a computer while speaking on the phone simultaneously, have great attention to detail, good with customers. Qualified candidates will be computer literate and familiar with MS office suite. Training will be Mon-Fri 8-5 for the first week. After training, candidate will select the shift that best fits their schedule. Candidates must have a willingness to learn & want to grow with the company.
