Shop Manager – $50K - $60K annually
Express is currently recruiting for a Shop Manager for an immediate opening with a great local company. The client is seeking candidates with strong management and budgeting experience, as well as a background that includes overseeing projects from start to finish successfully.

The role will include, but not be limited to, the following responsibilities:
Responsibilities:
- Leading a team of 5-10 employees
- Oversee budgeting, reporting, planning, and auditing
- Develop and implement operational policies
- Identify and address problems and opportunities
- Effectively communicate company initiatives and policies with team
- Understanding and ability to monitor safe workplace practices
What we look for:
- 3 – 5 years of management experience
- Understanding of general finance and budgeting
- Excellent communication skills
