Job Full Description
We’re seeking a qualified candidate to fill the position of Shipping & Receiving Associate. This is a critical position for incoming and outgoing deliveries for our client. The ideal candidate will have experience with MRP or ERP systems, along with strong computer skills to track and manage shipments effectively.
Shift: Monday-Friday
Duties:

Unload incoming parts deliveries.

Pack and ship parts to customers.

Prepare and build crates for machine shipments.

Enter incoming and outgoing shipments into ERP/MRP software to maintain accurate records.

Distribute parts to designated storage locations.

Utilize forklift and pallet jacks to move materials as necessary (forklift experience a plus).

Perform organizational and cleaning tasks during downtime.
Qualifications:
-
Experience with MRP or ERP systems is required for tracking and managing inventory and shipments.

Strong computer skills with proficiency in data entry and the use of shipping/receiving software.

Previous experience in shipping and receiving preferred (3+ years).

Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.

Must be able to regularly lift up to 25 pounds, and at times up to 50 pounds safely.

High school diploma or GED required.

Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
