Job Details:
✅ Starting Pay: $19.50/hr (with paid holidays)
✅ Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7 AM – 7 PM or 7 PM – 7 AM)
✅ Temp-to-Hire: Eligible for full-time hire after 60 days based on performance, attitude, and safety
✅ Work Environment: Hot in the summer, dusty/dirty, and can be chilly in the winter
