💰 Pay: $18 per hour

Job Responsibilities:
🔹 Operate Grinder Machine – Use a long-reaching tool to feed plastic pieces into the machine
🔹 Unload & Load Materials – Lift up to 50 lbs and feed containers into the machine
🔹 Palletizing & General Labor – Assemble/disassemble pallets and plastic parts, maintain a clean workspace
🔹 Forklift Operation – Electric forklift experience is a PLUS but not required
🔹 Computer Use – Scale incoming trucks and log data into the system
Work Environment:
⚡ Loud Machines – Ear protection or earbuds allowed
☀️ Hot in Summer, Cooler in Winter – Be prepared for seasonal temperatures
Ideal Candidate:
🔹 Comfortable with physical labor and lifting up to 50 lbs
🔹 Able to work independently and maintain high-performance standards
🔹 Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and scaling trucks
🔹 Forklift experience is a plus!
