Alicia, who has been with Express for 11 years, brings a wealth of knowledge, energy, and positivity. Paired with a determined focus on strategic business growth, leadership development, and operational efficiency helps drive the team forward and fuel her passion to help those around her grow and thrive.
Jacob, known for his occasional dad jokes, complements this with his calm, optimistic outlook and strategic approach to leadership. In his 7 years of experience with Express, he has found a passion for connecting people with fulfilling jobs and providing businesses with the talent they need. His focus on making a meaningful impact and easing the workload for clients, along with his talent for long-term planning, encourages the team to embrace growth and push their limits to achieve their goals.
Outside of work, Jacob and Alicia are both deeply involved in their community. They enjoy spending time with family, traveling, volunteering and participating in local events. Alicia holds a degree in Business Administration, while Jacob earned his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing from SIUE. Together, they foster a strong, supportive team culture while making a lasting impact on their community.
