Head of Business Development

As a dynamic team member with 2.5 years of experience at Express Employment, Xavier brings a fresh energy and knack for building client relationships to the team. With a passion for connecting local companies to top talent, he is driven by the goal of expanding Express’ reach within the community and ensuring that as many businesses as possible benefit from our staffing expertise. Xavier enjoys the unique opportunity to directly contribute to the success of both Express and many local businesses, helping his community grow and thrive.

Outside of work, he is hands-on in managing his own business, which operates in two different states to set up bounce houses and bring a fun energy to events. During his busy weeks, even Xavier finds himself turning to Express Employment for staffing support he needs.

Breanne Osmanson

Operations Manager & Office Services Specialist - Morris Branch

With four years of dedicated service at Express Employment, Bre leads the Morris branch with a focus on leadership and support. Known for her ability to guide the team through challenges and help them consistently meet and exceed goals, her leadership style centers around empowering her colleagues to succeed. Whether it’s providing the support needed to tackle a difficult task or celebrating the small victories, she is always there to ensure everyone is moving forward as a team.

Bre’s passion for her work stems from her love of Express’ culture and ability to make a difference in people’s lives. She finds great fulfillment in helping connect local job seekers with the perfect opportunity. For Bre, it’s not just about staffing – it’s about changing lives in her community.

When not at the office, Bre enjoys traveling both for fun and to watch her famous sister and their racing team. Spending time with her family recharges her battery to continue leading the team.

Light Industrial Lead Recruiter

Known for her positive energy and quick ability to fill job positions, Claire has been an integral part of the Express team for the past 2.5 years. She is dedicated to fostering teamwork and building strong connections with local business to help the community thrive. Her goal is to provide fast, effective solutions for employers while helping job seekers find opportunities that lead to positive and lasting outcomes. 

Claire is deeply motivated by the impact her work has on individuals and their families. Whether helping someone land their dream job or supporting them through a tough time, she finds great satisfaction in knowing shes making a meaningful difference in their lives. 

Outside of the office, Claire loves exploring new places with her son. No matter the season, she enjoys taking walks along the river or through local hiking trails and embracing the beauty of the outdoors. She believes in spreading laughter and positivity, recognizing that a little kindness can have a huge impact. She is always striving to lift others up because, as she says, "You never know what someone may be going through".

Michael Peters

Skilled Trades Recruiter 

With over 1.5 years of experience at Express Employment, Michael specializes in recruiting for our skilled trades sector; focusing on those top-dollar, hard-to-find candidates that require patience and persistence to secure. His expertise in filling these challenging roles have made him an essential part of the team and community, helping to match top talent with businesses in critical need.

Michael loves working at Express because it offers the opportunity to learn something new every day, and the chance to directly contribute to the growth of candidates and local businesses alike. He is passionate about making a meaningful impact within the community, whether its helping associates find jobs or finding businesses the best talent.

In addition to his work, Michael is pursuing a bachelor’s in Business Administration and Human Resource Management from the University of St. Francis, and is set to graduate in December of 2024.

When he’s not recruiting, Michael channels his creativity into designing and acting, bringing haunted attractions to life and giving back to his community. In 2023, he was honored with the “Making a difference” award from Shorewood HUGS for his contributions to support local families in Grundy and Will county.

With just over two years at Express Employment, Kelly is known for her creativity and dedication to community involvement. She is passionate about spreading the word about Express Employment in a positive light, and strives to ensure that both job seekers and businesses in the community know that Express is their go-to resource for all their employment needs. 

Kelly is driven by the desire to support her team in achieving their goals while building strong relationships within the local community. She loves working for Express because it allows her to live out her dream job while contributing to the growth and success of the area. Being part of a team that shares a genuine commitment to helping the community makes her work feel even more rewarding. 

Outside of work, she enjoys volunteering, taking walks or drives in the sunset, and spending quality time with her loved ones, including her two cats. As an arts and crafts enthusiast, Kelly also loves to thrift for antiques and collect unique rocks.

Bilingual Recruiter

As a bilingual recruiter, Silver has been a valuable member of the Express team for just over a year now. She plays an essential role in supporting smooth operations every day by assisting with walk-ins and answering calls. Known for her positive energy, she is committed to helping the team reach new heights and achieve our goal of hitting Gold status. She enojys celebrating the hard work and dedication everyone from the team contributes.

What Silver loves most about working at Express is the family-like atmosphere. The team's supportive culture and excitement of each new day keeps her engaged and motivated to get the job done. Coming from the fast-paced service industry, Silver knew right right away that Express was going to be the perfect fit for her. Thanks to the guidance and help from the team, she has thrived since day 1 with Express. 

Outside of work, Silver enjoys spending time with her family in Aurora. Whether it's enjoying delicious meals together, hanging out at home, or playing soccer, family time is her favorite way to recharge her batteries.

Payroll Specialist

Her expertise in process improvement and commitment to accuracy guarantee that payroll processes run smoothly every week and contribute to the success of the team.

Krista Lemaire

On-Site Employment Specialist

Krista began her journey with Express Employment Professionals as a recruiter in Concord, CA, and after completing her degree in Sociology from Illinois State University, rejoined he team in Ottawa in 2024. Known for her optimism and enthusiasm, Krista thrives in fostering a positive environment where teamwork and collaboration are key. 

Krista finds joy in making a meaningful impact on the community by guiding others in their career paths. Her goal is to continue building a supportive atmosphere within the team, encouraging each member to reach their full potential and helping job seekers find fulfilling opportunities.

Outside of work, Krista enjoys spending time with her cat, Cricket playing nintendo switch games, like animal crossing and super Mario party, and staying active with outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. During her time at Illinois State University, she conducted research on oral histories and minority communities, which they presented at the McLean County History Museum in Bloomington, IL.
