Customer Service Representative
Location: Mount Prospect, IL
Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join our client's team, a leading organization serving schools, students, technicians, contractors, supply houses, and other HVACR professionals nationwide.
As the first point of contact for many customers, this role is vital in maintaining the positive reputation of our client. Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate product and service information.
- Assist customers with navigating the website and eLearning platform.
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently and professionally.
- Document and update customer records.
- Stay informed about the client’s HVACR products and services.
- Conduct outbound calls to follow up with or assist customers.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8:00a-5:00p
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other customer-facing roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- A professional demeanor and positive attitude.
- Multilingual skills (Spanish preferred).
- Knowledge or experience in the HVACR industry (a plus).
