Sales Administrator – B2B Account Management
Purpose of Job: To process customer sales orders from inquiry to invoice ensuring customer satisfaction throughout. Respond to customer/sales manager requests/inquiries/concerns.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound phone calls and route them appropriately.
- Respond promptly to customer and sales manager inquiries.
- Manage the entry of quotes, sales, and purchase orders with precision.
- Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests.
- Provide necessary documentation to other departments and subsidiaries.
- Create and manage reports to support business operations.
- Prioritize daily workload and tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
- Perform any other related duties as required.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Proven experience in a B2B environment, particularly in account management or sales support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written abilities.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
