Sales Administrator – B2B Account Management

Purpose of Job:  To process customer sales orders from inquiry to invoice ensuring customer satisfaction throughout.  Respond to customer/sales manager requests/inquiries/concerns.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound phone calls and route them appropriately.
  • Respond promptly to customer and sales manager inquiries.
  • Manage the entry of quotes, sales, and purchase orders with precision.
  • Keep customers informed about the progress of their requests.
  • Provide necessary documentation to other departments and subsidiaries.
  • Create and manage reports to support business operations.
  • Prioritize daily workload and tasks effectively to ensure smooth operations.
  • Perform any other related duties as required.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Proven experience in a B2B environment, particularly in account management or sales support.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and Excel.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains is a plus.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with excellent verbal and written abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Self-motivated with a strong ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
