Job Full Description

A Wheeling, IL manufacturing company is looking for Quality Control Inspectors to join their team on 2nd shift. 

Responsibilities:

• Read blueprints to interpret specifications for quality control.
• Use micrometers and calipers to measure product dimensions accurately.
• Operate and work with vision systems (experience with Vision systems is a plus).
• Inspect tiny parts and ensure quality, requiring excellent vision and attention to detail.
• Work with visual inspection operations to identify defects.
• Comfortable using technology, including SPC (Statistical Process Control) data and Vision Systems.

Shift & Pay:

• • 2nd/Night Shift: 4:00 PM to 12:00 AM - $19 / Hour

Requirements of a Quality Control Inspector:

• Hands-on experience using micrometers and calipers. (MUST)
• Proven experience with blueprint reading.
• Familiarity with Vision Systems is a plus.
• Good vision for tiny parts and a keen attention to detail.
• Ability to work with technology and record data.
