Job Full Description
A leading plumbing and water restoration company in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Estimator to join their team.
The ideal candidate will have experience in the restoration industry, with a strong background in writing estimates, working with insurance claims, and handling administrative billing and collections.
Responsibilities:
- Use Xactimate estimating software to write detailed water restoration estimates for both residential and commercial customers.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers and insurance adjusters to ensure a smooth claims process.
- Submit estimates to insurance companies for timely payment.
- Follow established billing and collections procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with Xactimate software and experience writing restoration estimates
- Experience with insurance claims is required.
- Administrative billing & collections experience in the restoration or service industry
- Ability to work independently while managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
- IICRC Certification in WRT, ASD, and/or AMRT is strongly preferred.
