A Springfield-based manufacturer is seeking a Team Lead to join its manufacturing team! Oversee the maintenance of machines, supervise a team of 5+ extrusion line workers, and lead your team to success! This is a great opportunity with plenty of room for growth!

- Make $18-$20/hour depending on experience
- Schedule of Monday-Friday from 1:30PM-10PM

- Mechanical/technical knowledge
- Ability to perform some heavy lifting and stand throughout the shift.
