Are you passionate about helping people? We're looking for a compassionate Caseworker to help a local housing organization manage their clients.
In this role, you will conduct client intakes, assess needs, and provide support throughout their stay. You will help clients navigate challenges and access the resources they need to achieve their goals!
Duties Include:
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records, ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
- Provide ongoing case management support, including regular follow-ups and progress assessments.
What You Get:
