Job Full Description
A local housing complex is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician to join their team!
The Lead HVAC Technician is responsible for the effective maintenance, operation, and repair of all HVAC systems, including boilers, pumps, motors, turbine engines, air compressors, and any other machinery that supports the heating and cooling units within the property. The technician will ensure all equipment is running efficiently and safely, handling preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and any necessary repairs. This role requires travel between locations, and candidates must possess a valid driver’s license and a clean motor vehicle record. Once hired on, you'll receive a company vehicle!
Other duties include:
- Respond to emergency HVAC service calls, identifying and resolving issues quickly
- Maintain an inventory of HVAC tools, supplies, and parts necessary for repairs and maintenance
- Safely operate lifts, trucks, and other equipment
Requirements:
- MUST have valid Driver's License and clean driving record
- Experience with commercial HVAC systems and larger-scale units
- Must be able to work in varying environmental conditions, including outdoor and confined spaces
