A food manufacturer in Gurnee is seeking a Quality Assurance Technician.

Daily check temperatures and visual inspections in production
Calibrate thermometers and sanitizer solution by testing both
Maintain weight controls for ingredients, subassemblies, and finished product
Monitor check weight and net weights of product to ensure compliance with standard

Requirements:

HS Diploma
2 years related food manufacturing experience
Must have strong writing, math, oral communication, and basic computer skills
Position requires ability to work effectively with production and warehouse personnel
Bilingual preferred
