Express Employment is looking for a Certified Medical Assistant to join a local cardiology practice in the Crystal Lake, IL!
Qualifications:
- At least 1 year of experience required
- Experience performing EKGs
- Experience with eClinicalWorks and Epic
- Must be able to work in fast paced environment
- In person CPR/BLS certification required
Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors or nurses with patient exams
- Sterilize instruments and patient rooms
- Perform EKGs
- Administrative tasks – manage medical records, patient scheduling, billing, insurance
- Record accurate patient history, vital signs, and current medical status
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
