WAREHOUSE ASSOCIATE - 3RD SHIFT - 9PM-7:30AM MON - FRI WEEKENDS OFF!! ASHLEY IN LOCATION $18.66/HR (KVCW3)
Want a great physical work out? This job provides that. Lots of cross training and smaller shifts - little drama!!
In this position you will be standing/walking/bending to rework pallets. Pallets are brought in by the trucks, you will have a pile of pallets in your work area, Pick up and inspect the pallet; looking for any broken areas, dirty or stained areas. You will sort the pallet into Replace or Repair locations, these areas are specified by the supervisor. You will then use hand and power tools to work on repairing any skids that are in the repair area. Once repairs are completed they will be placed in the ship area, also assigned by the supervisor. After the repairs are completed, you will move onto the replace pallets. You will take each pallet and using hand and power tools, you will disassemble the pallet, sorting out what parts can be saved to reuse in the repair process going forward. Once the pallet is broken down and all the reusable parts are sorted out appropriately, any remaining part of the skid is put in the marked scrap pile. You will be working with a variety of pallets from wood to plastic
